Ohio State Commit Josh Perry Discusses High School Football By Steve Patterson Perry might grow into other positions when he arrives at Ohio State in 2012. With his size, if he is able to add some weight and couple of inches he could play tight-end on offensive or defensive-end on defense. He is open as to his position in college at this time. But Ohio State is in need of linebackers as they have had a couple Ohio linebackers leave the state in recent classes. They also have been aggressive with their 2012 recruiting as their 2011 class is almost complete with open spots for only 4-5 more recruits. He is academically qualified already with a GPA of 3.8 and a 26 SAT score. He is glad to have gotten the recruiting process completed so he can focus on football and school. The pressure is now off and he can begin to prepare for the next step in his career. Perry also had offers from Cincinnati, Duke and Michigan State but choose the program that is less than 25 miles from his home. |
