Chad Hagan Close to Committing to Ohio State

Within the next two weeks, Chad Hagan, defensive back from Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, may make an announcement of where he will play football in the Fall of 2010.

By Marlene Gundlach

Hagan plans on making one more trip to Ohio State before the end of the month. If the trip goes well and he is sold on his experience, he will be a Buckeye. The other two schools Hagan is considering are Big 10 rivals Wisconsin and Michigan. He is driven by the fact that neither Pitt or Penn State, his home-state schools, have made scholarship offers. Hagan has put on 25 pounds since last season, while still maintaining his 4.3 forty-time. Ohio State will likely use him as a DB or linebacker.
