Baton Rouge Capital Dual-Threat Quarterback Terrance Broadway is already rated a 4 Star prospect by one rating agency and listed in the 250 Juniors to Watch by Rivals.com. With two early offers and a number of schools showing strong interest, Broadway is leaning towards the school that he camped with this past summer.

Junior Stats

For his Junior season, Terrance Broadway put up good numbers through the air and in the running game for the Capital Lions. Completing 65% of his passes, he throw for 1257 yards and rushed for 240 yards on 20 carries. His production led to 12 passing touchdowns and 3 running touchdowns on the year. We asked Broadway about the keys to his play this year. "Leaderships and hard work." he explained to us.

Recruits have noticed his good size, speed and ability to make plays in the high school game and have begun to recruit the junior for the 2010 class. Surprisingly, he wasn't sure how he stacked up until he went to camp last summer. "When I went down to the Alabama camp and proved that I am a all around quarterback [was the best part of my career so far]."

Early Offers

He has taken three visits to Alabama and received an offer from the Crimson Tide along with Nebraska to this point. "I have been to Alabama three times. I love the campus and the coaches but my eyes for a school are still open." he told us about his visits and status in recruiting.

When he begins to study all the schools available, he will focus on the team's needs and desire to have him in their program. "I'm looking for a team that really wants me to come there and not just trying to keep me from other schools." Early interest includes a number of southern powerhouses. "Tennessee, Alabama, Nebraska, North Carolina, Houston, and Southern Mississippi."

Rating don't matter much to Broadway who could end up ranked in the Top 100 recruits in the country. "I have four stars on Scout.com, haven't seen any stars on rivals, I don't know what they will rate me as but I really don't care about the ranking... I know that I am an elite 4 to 5 start QB no matter what. I would go to a school with a 4 star in front of me. I'm not cocky just humble.. and I feel I've been blessed with this talent."

Favorite Program

And he does have a favorite at this time. "Alabama is my favorite because of the coaching staff and their campus." Although he remains open and will take his time in making his college selection.
