Six Questions with Ohio State 2011 Point Guard Shannon Scott Shannon Scott is a 2011 point guard prospect from Alpharetta Milton in Georgia who committed to Ohio State at the end of November last year. He also plays on the AAU team King James Shooting Stars. Rated as the 17th best point guard in the 2011 class and a four star prospect by Rivals, Scott will be joining a loaded team when he arrives in Columbus next season. Thad Matta has recruited two great classes in a row, the 2010 class features center Jared Sullinger and power forward Deshaun Thomas. While Scott’s 2011 class has two additional four star recruits in small forwards LaQuinton Ross and Sam Thompson.
