Nine Ohio State commits were present in the June Rivals top 250 when it was released including Nick Bosa, Kareem Walker, Jack Hausmann, Demario McCall, Malik Burrow, Jonathon Cooper, George Hill, Luke Farrell, and Austin Mack. Five of those nine are from Ohio. Just this week, Rivals released an updated Rival 100 with 5 Ohio State commits listed.
Ohio Defense end Jonathan Cooper was the biggest mover of the group leaping from #148 down to #57 between the top rankings.
The top rated player in the country is quarterback Shea Patterson from Bradenton Florida. And LSU has the most Rivals Top 100 commits with six.
