Jamel Dean is now one of the most talented cornerbacks at Cocoa HS School of Florida. Presently, he is ranked 23rd in Florida and 179th overall in the category of best general football player. Recently, he received offers from Florida, Temple, Miami, Ohio State and Mississippi. Initially, he declined all offers, but he has confirmed verbally that he his joining the Ohio State football team in 2015. According to this verbal confirmation, in 2015, Dean will be found playing for Ohio and that is a major turn for the OSU team indeed.

At 6 feet and 2 inches and weighing 180 pounds, this talented cornerback has created an excellent performance record this year and that is why Dean's joining the Buckeyes is being counted as one of the major turning points for the 2015 NCAA team. Besides verbally confirming his decision, Dean has confirmed over Twitter also.

It is a general trend seen in recent years that high school players from Florida love to stick to their local playgrounds where their professional career is concerned. However, Jamel Dean's decision is not the first of its kind; strategically, he has followed the footsteps of Eric Grover Williams who is joining the  Buckeyes' recruiting class for the upcoming year.
