Eric Glover-Williams is an ESPN 300 Junior standout that not only has experience as a running back, but also has experience as a wide receiver. The Canton, Ohio resident stands at 5'9 and weighs 160 pounds. Eric Glover-Williams is one of the few, lucky running backs that have been selected for recruitment at some of the United States' most prestigious university football teams.
Glover-Williams had many offers from a host of respected schools which include Notre Dame University, Michigan State University, the University of Tennessee and the University of Arkansas. Glover-Williams is slated to graduate from Canton McKinley in 2015, but has already committed to playing Ohio State Football at Ohio State University in the position of slot receiver. Glover-Williams received the offer in December of 2012 and made a visit to Ohio State University in April of this year.
Glover-Williams stated that the reason why he made the decision to commit to Ohio State is because the university felt like home to him and reminded him of Canton McKinley. He also stated that he doesn't care where his coaches place him within the team; he just wants to be able to help the Buckeyes as much as possible. The Ohio State Buckeye staff is ecstatic that they have this new recruit, because with his 4.5 40 yard dash time he is sure to prove that he is a force to be reckoned with. Until he graduates Glover-Williams is in close contact with Buckeye coaching staff at Ohio State University.
