The newest addition to the 2018 Ohio State Buckeyes roster is Janai Crooms, a four-star guard. Aaliya Patty was the first selection of what is proving to be a fairly sizable 2018 recruitment. Almost one month later the Buckeyes have added the second addition to the recruitment class of 2018. Crooms made her commitment to Ohio State official Thursday. Crooms hails from Barrington, Rhode Island. There she held the 17th position as a guard at St. Andrew's School, a school that stands as the 61st in the nation in prospects. The Buckeyes team is packed with players that are on last year of eligibility. This factor makes it almost certain that Crooms will see time on the court in her first year. The fact that there are eight seniors on the Ohio State team this season means that there will be plenty more recruits to follow. The Buckeyes will be busy over the next few weeks.
