Michael Jordan, from Canton MI, became the 15th player to commit to Ohio State with a verbal agreement to join the Buckeyes as part of the Class of 2016.

The 6'6", 285-lbs. outside linebacker chose OSU after considering offers from Boston College, Iowa, Penn State, Miami, Nebraska, Michigan State, Notre Dame and the University of Michigan, among others.

He joins fellow offensive lineman Jack Wohlabaugh and Tyler Gerald on OSU's 2016 squad. According to sources, OSU may add one additional player at the OL position if they find the right candidate, but they are content with the current lineup and may stop at that if the team needs depth in another position or it fails to find a suitable prospect for the fourth spot.

The 247Sports Composite Rankings lists Jordan as the No 156 player overall, 16th on the list of offensive tackles and the 3rd overall player in Michigan while rating him as a 4-star prospect.
